Sending humanitarian aid into Ukraine is possible even in larger quantities. It must be preceded by a declaration, which must include the following details:

• the name of the person issuing the declaration
• the name of the driver
• the make of the vehicle
• the registration number of the vehicle
• the name of the sending organization
• the name of the host organization
• the name of the border crossing point (up to 3.5 tons at Beregsurány or Záhony, the larger consignment can only come at Záhony)
• itemized list of the consignment/ package list (number, weight)
